While the property is getting a bit dated they are in the process of refurbishing. The thing that stood out was the staff - from front desk to bar/restaurant to housekeeping everyone was friendly, happy, helpful and intelligent. I don't think I've had a better...更多
I got the reservations all mixed up. The Hilton downtown was so kind to cancel that reservation. Lance was as sweet as he could be and got me another one at your hotel. Could not have asked for better service.
It was great place to stay. My family and I got plenty of rest, and our room was clean.
The staff members were very polite, very understanding, and they welcome you with drinks. I will definitely stay again on this hotel.
Glad we decided to eat in hotel. Pork loin was excellent. Hotel is modern already, and they just started a new renovation.
The bar is speedy, so be it, $10 for a crown and 7 but not worth trouble to drink and drive for.
Everything was nice.. but they really need to consider updating the hotel rooms..the internet was fast so that's a plus... the staff was ready to assist!! Always a plus... overall my experience was good.
No free breakfast. Doubletree (also a Hilton Brand) usually does.
Can I request a late check out time? And if so how late can it be?

Late check-out is always possible if you ask at the hotel desk. If the hotel is not heavily booked, most hotels are usually very accommodating.
Is a late check in ok? I will be arriving late on Monday 8/11 probably around 10:30 - 11:00pm and wanted to make sure there won't be a problem checking in.
