Does the managers angry responses sharing very specific details of the reservations made to all unfavorable reviews not violate people's privacy? When is a consent for signed by consumers to have their private information shared?

I'm not a legal expert, but one would think if not illegal it's still very unethical. The owners response to my complaint concerning the filthy room was that I was being "totally fictitious". He ranted on and on saying we must have been smokers not liking his policies. This is the furthest thing from the truth. We suffer from allergies and do not smoke. I was glad he had this policy. One would wish he would put forth as much concern to cleanliness as he does his non smoking policy. I posted pictures of the unsightly room. The bathroom was so dirty we wore shoes in the shower for fear of catching something. The sheets were so old and yellowed we didn't want to lay down. I grabbed a towel to place on my pillow and found it was stained too. The microwave and and refrigerator obviously hadn't been cleaned either. I wish the manager would spend more time inspecting his rooms than writing hateful responses. I knew when booking this hotel it was a one star. I expected outdated but did not expect filth.
The pictures are quite alarming. Did you find this to be true?
