Dear Guest, We were disappointed to hear about the issues that you encountered with our staff. Our staff are normally known for their excellence in customer service, so we apologize profusely that this was not your experience. We maintain a very high level of cleanliness, but even so, these pests can easily gain entry to a room, and are very difficult to fully eradicate, particularly in a climate such as ours. Providing our guests with a clean, comfortable room is a priority for us, and we strive to do this consistently. Despite this, bedbugs can easily gain access to hotel bedrooms; generally via guest luggage.
