选择这个度假村是因为我们不想身处拥挤但想靠近云顶高原。从这里到云顶高原约需40-50分钟。但我们不介意。我们喜欢这家酒店，它的设计，舒适的房间。他们使用的全是有机的。我们尝试了桑拿房和蒸汽房。总的来说体验不错，只是早餐选择有限。

四月份我们在一间卧室的套房里住了两晚。酒店坐落在一座美丽的小山上，四周是山和绿树，空气清新。然而，套房设计和装饰都过时了，酒店的设施维护也很差，有机餐价格过高。然而，我们喜欢在露天餐馆享用下午茶。我们真的希望酒店能重新装修一下，因为酒店的位置非常适合人们在周围有新鲜和冷却空气的情况下休息。

我正在寻找一个适合公司开会的地方，我强烈推荐这里，因为他们有不同的房间类型，也有多媒体大厅。唯一的问题是会议室里柱子太多了，这点我不是很喜欢。你一定要尝试一下奥地利风格的桑拿。这个度假村有很好的食物，而且景色也很好。

Yes, we do provide transportation from KLIA to our resort. Please find the price list stated below for 2way transport service.

The pool at Chateau is not heated. It gets maybe one degree warmer by sunset. I like swimming in cold water, but this water was too cold for me.
The Chateau is not a place for children. It is more a place for couples. This place is not for a group of noisy tourists either. The place is serene and requires this serenity not to be ruined by the people who don't appreciate it.
Food serving is very slow in the Chateau and this may be tough on your children.
If you have noisy children, I would recommend to stay across from the Chateau where you can also schedule different activities.
Our favorite was a walk in the botanical garden there. It takes 10 min drive from the Chateau to get there. Wild monkeys s are very cool looking there, with white ring around their eyes.
I also recommend to take a walk at sunrise in the area around the Chateau walking down towards the botanical garden. You will hear amazing sounds of the waking up jungle. This is the most memorable experience we had there.

Beginning March 2018, We are pleased to announce that The Chateau has began welcoming our little monsieur and madame accompanying their parents.
However, the L'assiette ,Our french fine dining restaurant & Le Sante Spa still remains with the no child policy.
We do offer transport pickup or drop off at RM 300 per way. Grab option is also available and the journey is around 35 minutes.
