很遺憾的說，這裏很糟糕

酒店很美，遊泳池很美，食物也不錯，但是一到私人服務的時候就令人很失望，我們從登記入住時工作人員就用最粗魯的態度對待我們，他們本來應該悉心照顧我們這些客人的。第一天我們去了遊泳池，然後我們出去吃晚飯，在晚上11點時候回到酒店，房間沒被清掃過，毛巾和床跟我們離開的時候一樣，淋浴熱水很小，第二天也是這樣，我們向前台要求，但是沒人過來打掃。所以第二天我們還是用的前一天的濕毛巾和床單！

很不錯的酒店，能看到漂亮的風景。

房間會讓你感覺好像自己就在美國一樣，員工們都十分友好而專業。缺點就是離機場有點太遠了，食物也有點貴。但總體還是很划算的，因為泳池真的超大超好。

一個放鬆的地方

我想在第二天航班前找個地方休息便預定了這家酒店。我很喜歡這裏。房間很舒服，泳池到海邊的風景很好，酒店的食物也很美味，而且服務很好，有不錯的遊泳池，水療中心的按摩很到位，還有機場接送服務。美中不足的是，當我到前台要入住時，確被告知房間還沒準備好，而且等待了很久，除此之外我想我下次還會來這裏入住。

Hola,queria saber si el hotel tiene habitaciones con balcon y VISTA FRONTAL AL MAR? Tambien como es el transporte gratuito desde el aeropuerto al hotel Graciasssss

Buenos dias Facundo, un placer saludarte, efectivamente la vista de las habitaciones es lateral, tal como lo explica Anderson en su comentario. Tambien debo resaltar la hermosa vista desde la terraza y la piscina donde puedes disfrutar de actividades todos los fines de semana. El horario del Transporte es solo al Aeropuerto y va desde las 3:00 am (saliendo cada media hora hasta las 6:00 am q es cuando comienza cada 45 minutos) hasta la 1:00 pm.
