As the review suggests, we stayed for the last 2 weeks in September 2016. We were on a B&B basis, which was fine, to be honest the choices for breakfast weren't great, but the hotel was a great base to enjoy the area.

During our week at Magic Tulip hotel our rooms were barely touched by house keeping. The staff were very unfriendly and unwelcoming.
I understand that the hotel was at the end of its season but it is totally unacceptable to start packing up with guests...更多

Where is this hotel situated in olu deniz? I'm getting confused. When I type in Google Earth it takes me to Magic tulip beach hotel.

It's no where near the beach although it is only a five minute walk away, if I were you I'd read my review of the horrible place it's not somewhere I would ever stay again not even if it was free
Before I go ahead with my booking I want to know which room should I book if I do not want a below floor/ dungeon room, I would prefer to be above ground level with balcony or terrace having the best view of pool or garden for my wife and myself in Sept,I do not mind paying that little bit extra

I was given a ground floor room, but I would have preferred one with a balcony . I emailed the hotel but never recidved a reply . I would suggest you ask on arrival or email the hotel and hopefully they will reply to you .
