Allow me to address your concerns by assuring you that our House Keeping Team ensures that mattresses go through a thorough cleaning process twice a year, and we have a pest control team who are contracted to do frequent checks and treat our mattresses on a quarterly basis throughout our properties. Kindly note that our House Keeping Team are taking the appropriate measures to recheck bedding per your concerns and note that we are in the process of implementing new mattresses allowing for better comfort in the future.
