Dear Sir, you was not staying in our hotel. your guest was checking morning and check out 9:15 pm but on guest request we provide you room again. Room Cooler problem its a electrical fault and we request already to the guest we shifted the room but they denied and the ask we will check out after few hour so their no need to shifted the room. for the cooler we are very sorry and in future you don't face this kind of problem. i request you don't write the falls compliant.
Dear Sir, your guest was stay in our hotel dated on 21st may 2016. i m sorry your guest room was cooler not worked but manager was told please change room but guest ask we don't stay longer time, our traveling is confirm morning 4Am and he want information for AC room than manager told pay 300/- extra

Manger forced them to upgrade in AC room , but the lady can't stay in Ac room , so they prefer to stay in non Ac room , Agra is too hot & they have to wait whole day due to delay arrival of all train at Agra Can't station... 更多
Manger forced them to upgrade in AC room , but the lady can't stay in Ac room , so they prefer to stay in non Ac room , Agra is too hot & they have to wait whole day due to delay arrival of all train at Agra Can't station , I suggested them to stay in Cooler room , as you don't have any non ac room at your hotel , so that they will get little beat of comfort at night. Yes it's true that they stay for 6 hrs , as they have to leave by 4 am for morning flight, but , if the manager inform us that he can offer a room but cooler is not working , we could have checked in any other hotel near by , but they are selling room as a Cooler room , charging price for that whereas the motor of the cooler is not working which is confirm by the electrician on duty , that means intentionally you are forcing the guest to stay in a room with out cooler by charging price of a cooler room, just to earn some extra revenue at the last moment with out any bill & not making any entry on the register.
