人多又混乱，网红泳池已不复存在。这里各类酒店住客还有私人民宿，大堂人很杂，附近很荒凉，去超市要步行十分钟。酒店硬件也粗糙老旧了。

We are sorry to hear that your recent stay with the hotel was not up to your expectation and we wish to apologise for that. It is unfortunate that the current construction next door has blocked partially the view of Petronas Twin Towers from the infinity pool. 超级棒的51楼天台无边界泳池，同时可以观赏到双峰塔和电讯塔。每间客房里有两间房间，开放式厨房，非常适合一家大小入住。

入住当天升降机十二台坏了十台，排队上酒店房大概一小时，房间很好，另外在酒店顶层的泳池和酒吧很舒服很靓

Dear Bobobo999, Thank you for choosing THE FACE Suites and taking your time in writing us a feedback. We are glad to hear that you are satisfied with the quality of our hotel room you have stayed and the view of the infinity pool. We noted your comment on the lift and we are currently taking steps to upgrade our lifts as it has been out of services due to a sudden pipe burst at one of the floors and the water has leaked into the elevators which caused sudden lift breakdown. As a result of this issue, a new procedure is currently being put in place in order to prevent this from happening again and also to manage such situation better if it reoccurs in the future. We would like to apologise on the inconveniences that has brought to you during your stay. We appreciate your feedback and we hope to see you at the hotel again. Best wishes, Alex Tan Owner

和朋友们在这呆了非常棒的四天。入住过程很有趣。我们必须从楼下的储物柜里取钥匙。房间清洁和使用新的毛巾需要另外付费。酒店里最棒的地方是无边际泳池，这里的景色美极了！即使你不会游泳，也可以望着天空，看书，或者只是在长凳上放松一下。楼下的咖啡馆也不错。大厅装饰得很好，非常适合拍照！

Dear zainah a, Thank you for taking your time in writing us a review. We are happy to know that you are satisfied with the view from our infinity pool, our café iL Viso as well as the well-decorated lobby area. Just to share with you that the hotel has its own reception counter and receptionist to assist guests in checking in and checking out. As such, you may have posted your review on the wrong location. 这座酒店在CBD地带, 离铁路只需要5分钟路程。
入住时酒店泳池进行装修, 酒店因此送了每天早餐。
房间非常宽敞和清洁, 有厨所, 两房, 两厅。
唯一不好的地方是因为酒店太高, 人太多, 每次等升降机都要等一段时间。
