酒店在市中心～离双子塔很近～酒店环境整洁～工作人员服务态度好，特别nice～可以提供中文服务，特别有耐心，帮我们存行李～教会我们用grab软件打车，教我们使用foodpandaapp在体验当地外卖服务～特别感谢Hesther和Jess

客房隔音太差，房间收拾不清洁而且卫生间用品也没有及时补给。大堂客服服务较慢而且没讲述服务收费款项。停车场很不安全。

In the club lounge there is a cooler with beers, wine & soft drinks.
I’m sure one of the staff would fetch you a cocktail from the outside bar if you requested.
Vegan options varies depending on what is served at Thyme restaurant or club lounge. On certain days, we would notice that there would be vegan-friendly food available although not much (not sure of their names because they're mainly Indian delicacies without meat), however you may always approach the staff at the restaurant for vegan options if you'd like.
It'd be advisable to contact them and let them be aware of your arrival time. I'm sure they'll accommodate once the team is aware of it
