酒店的后门一出就是狸小路商店街，方便到不得了，一下楼就有很多餐厅和药妆店，步行至24小时激安殿堂也只是1分钟，十分适合购物狂！我们入住双床房间，房间设计柔和，空间一般不算大也不算小，卫生间及浴室分开十分方便，不用争厕所，床褥寝头也很舒适。酒店后门一转角就有机场巴士站，携著大大小小的行李非常方便！下次有机会一定会再入住！

Dear Mr./Ms.wypcarrie First of all we would like to THANK YOU for choosing to stay in karaksa hotel Sapporo and taking your time to write us a review. Thank you for your compliment to our location. Fortunately, it is the one of the reason that we have been receive good reviews. As you may commented,our hotel is located near the center of Sapporo, facing Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade where there is a roof.So,it is easy to go to shopping and sightseeing whether rainy or snowy day. Furthermore, it takes 1 minute to the bus stop for the New Chitose Airport. We are very glad to hear that the facilities of our twin room met your expectations. And, we have variety of the rooms which size is between 15㎡～25㎡ depending on the different room type. We hope to introduce other types of rooms and enjoy them so please feel free to ask our staff and we will do our best to find the room type to meet your needs. For your next visit in Japan, we hope we can welcome you again in our hotel. And from all the staff, we are looking forward to seeing you. karaksa hotel Sapporo

饭店后门出去即是貍小路，不管是逛街还是吃宵夜都非常方便。房间不大，但是设备齐全，饭店内附设大浴场，逛街累了就能爽爽的泡澡，非常棒👍
选择不清理房间方案还能有免费硬币换饮料喝，觉得cp值相当高，有机会再到北海道会再选择这间饭店！

Dear Mr./Ms.hsiulong669 First of all we would like to THANK YOU for choosing to stay in karaksa hotel Sapporo and taking your time to write us a review. We are so pleased to hear that the facilities and services met your expectations. Our hotel is located in the center of Sapporo, facing Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade. It's very convenient to go shopping, and it's easy to enjoy something to eat as well. Furthermore, it takes 1 minute to the bus stop for the New Chitose Airport. Actually,only double room has a bathtub and our most guest room has only shower room. However, we have a free public bath at 2nd floor and hope all guests enjoy it. As you commented, all guests can choose standard cleaning or ECO cleaning if you stay more than 2 nights. When you choose ECO, you can get a ECO coin which you can get a free drink! For your next visit in Japan, we hope we can welcome you again in our hotel. And from all the staff, we are looking forward to seeing you. karaksa hotel Sapporo

酒店喺狸小路中间，要揾都好方便。早餐好食，但选择唔多。房好大，但窗望唔到出面，有等于无。浴场虽细但总算有个半露天温泉，都几正。最重要系价钱平，五百蚊港纸包早餐绝对值得一住。

饭店房间算蛮大，员工也非常友善跟热情，地点非常非常的优质跟方便，从饭店走到大通公园跟札幌车站也不算远，下次还是回选择入住，浴室跟厕所分开非常好

酒店的位置便利，员工非常友好，但我觉得自己像是住一个盒子里，因为我看不到外面，房间里只有一扇模糊的小窗户。另外，房间还需要增强隔音。酒店也不提供免费的瓶装水。

Dear Mr./Ms. Madrid0503, Thank you very much for staying at karaksa hotel Sapporo. Also for your praise for the staff and location. We are very happy when we read it. We are sorry for the inconvenience of the room facilities. As for the windows, We have rooms with frosted glass windows for privacy protection in the neighborhood. We will consider improvement of soundproofing in the future. As for water, free bottled water is available in some rooms, such as the high floor room. But you can drink tap water in guest room. We will strive to become a hotel that will satisfy our customers ever more. Thank you for your valuable feedback. We look forward to seeing Mr./Ms. Madrid0503 again.

Yes. Second floor. Same floor as the onsen and tea room and laundry
Yes, you can find one at the hotel. However, it is constantly in demand, so you need to compet for availability.
Yes as it mentioned on hotel’s website too. Haven’t utilized it during my stay though.
