Below are my pros and cons for Maine City Residences Leveriza:
Pros: 1) Good location. near public transportation (bus station, gil puyat lrt station, jeepneys, etc.) 2) Overall clean room including the bathroom. 3) aircon is good (window air conditioner type). Room is cold. It's a bit noisy though since it's placed right beside the headboard. 4) Friendly staffs. 5) Budget friendly. I took the room with single bed, with bathroom, aircon, and flat screen tv. Really a small room but it's really cheap so it's a plus for me. 6) They have water refilling station. 7) They have toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush), paper cup for hot/cold water, soap, shampoo, towel. No electric kettle since you can get it at the water refilling station. 8) They allowed me to checkin 30 minutes earlier. 9) lots of karinderia nearby so it's cheaper to eat. 10) there's at least a small table and seats. 11) there are usb slots. below the flat screen tv and beside the bed.
Cons: 1) Electric outlet is not universal so you need an adaptor. 2) No safety deposit box 3) Key is a literal key. Not a keycard. 4) Only 1 pillow. Seriously. This is the first time that I experienced having only one pillow. Even if it's single bed, it should always be two pillows right. 5) Thin bedsheet and thin blanket. 6) Sink is not in the bathroom. It's right beside the door. So I feel like it's a prison cell :-). It's ok for me though since the room is clean. 7) A lot of stray dogs near the area especially at night. 8) Paper cup is placed upside down in a toiletries box which is a bit dusty so I did not use it. This is the only part that's not clean. 9) No signal for local channels. I feel like this is only a display item. I was able to use it on youtube though. 10) they have phone but there's no signal. Wires are connected properly. So I feel like it's just a display item. 11) heater not working. Heater looks new. I turned it on but water temperature remains cold even if I adjusted it.
