我在2019年10月21日到24日之间在菲律宾出差，在Microtel住了3个晚上。我的第一印象是酒店的位置非常靠近亚洲SM商场。所以在食物的选择上这里无可挑剔。这附近甚至还有海景和小游乐场。办理入住的过程很简单，需要付3000比索的押金。我一进入房间，看到有两张大床，而且看起来很干净。房间里没有小冰箱，所以我不确定为什么要收押金。浴室非常简陋。没有便利设施，只有牙刷和一条毛巾。浴室里有一个皂液器，里面几乎是空的，但在我入住期间客房服务并能没有把它加满。房间里没有免费的瓶装水。你需要一直走到电梯那里，然后用饮水机。房间里没有拖鞋。糟糕的是其中一个大床的床垫上有很大的空隙。我不知道是他们把两个床拼在一起了还是确实有一个很大的空隙。我换到了另一张床上，但是这张床的弹簧的方向是反的，所以你会一直感觉到被戳着。优点：位置靠近亚洲商城，离机场近。缺点：缺少基本便利设施，床的质量很差。

We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with such detailed and valued feedback about your stay. Through your review, we have taken the time to go through your concerns as we take exceptional pride in providing excellent service to all our valued guests such as yourself. On the points of amenities, please be assured that slippers can be provided upon request through our Front Office and Housekeeping Departments. Similarly, our drinking water dispensers are part of the brand environmental friendly initiative to eliminate the use of single use plastic bottles thus refillable water carafes are provided for guest use. Nonetheless, we appreciate that you have highlighted the finer points of your stay such as that of the convenience of our location to nearby malls and the airport as well as the ease of our check-in process.We also wish to take the chance to share with you the exciting news of our renovation projects for our guest rooms which we look forward for you to experience on your next stay with us. Please do not hesitate to ask for me on your next visit and until then, we look forward to being of service to you once more.

酒店非常适合商务出差时居住，或者在马拉尼旅游时短住。酒店的内部简简单单，十分干净。房间很宽敞。但如果你想要找一家酒店长期居住，那么我会向你推荐附近的另一家康拉德酒店，它更适合长住。酒店所在的地区离亚洲购物中心非常近，如果你需要购物的话，住在这里会非常方便。

To better understand the overall situation, I wish to personally reach out on the specific details of your stay so as we better address your concerns. While an apology will regrettably not alter the inconvenience caused, we extend it with all sincerity and empathize with you on the points mentioned in your review. Was able to asked this and front desk informed me that unfortunately, there are no rooms wherein you can view the fireworks
I believe so. You'll have to pay either at the restaurant or bill to your account.
