我不是从事酒店管理行业的，而是在一个大型跨国建筑公司担任总监。我用过3个大型酒店连锁品牌的忠诚会员计划，只有Accor让我真正感受到贵宾待遇，非常的热情。我强烈推荐购买AccorPlus的会员，因为你能在短时间内升到铂金会员（顶级贵宾）。今天我入住马卡迪费尔蒙酒店（Accor），高层管理人员等候迎接我，我的运动休闲服已经在房间里摆好了，迎宾食物非常丰富，当然服务也是发自内心独一无二的。休息室非常宽敞、舒适，食物和饮料品种十分丰富。游泳池很大，酒店位于Raffles大道1号，是马卡迪的商业和购物中心。大堂十分繁忙活跃，最后说一句：如果有遗漏或需要的地方请提问。他们的服务会超出你的期待。

我超爱他们的洗漱用品，来自Le Labo的玫瑰31号真暗香残留! 我们在这里总的来说确实是最好的。房间、游泳池、接待处……食物当然也很好。最适合家庭和情侣。我推荐这家酒店，因为它也在Ayala, Makati附近。

我真的很喜欢住在费尔蒙特马卡蒂酒店。这里最引人注目的是工作人员和他们出色的服务。玛丽非常专业地为我办理入住手续，马卡龙咖啡馆的罗斯也很随和。酒店的服务都非常出色，无论是在游泳池，或是酒店的早餐时间，还是在酒店的休息室都很棒，可惜的是我不知道你们所有人的名字。

8月1日由Sarah办理入住手续，体验到了她的优质服务。当我打算升级到费尔蒙特黄金屋时，她向我解释了每一个细节。另一个很棒的服务是由年轻可爱的女门卫Kristina。当问她要雨伞穿过购物中心的时候，她亲自带我走过了下面的小路，没有淋到雨。谢谢你们两位带来的的很好的体验。

yes the double bed is a standard queen bed.
For gold rooms, breakfast is included together with access to Gold Lounge.
Internet access if complimentary for all guests, in all guest rooms and public areas. Thank you.
No but not bad. I eased in and enjoyed the view at sunset. Then jacuzzi....which is in the spa around the corner in same floor. Just sign in and they give you a wrist bad for a locker.
Male and female areas separated.
I think the hotel can answer your question better. However, In my experience they will let you leave you luggage in the concierge but you will need to wait until the check in time.
