I do however apologise for the delay in getting you checked in - perhaps the rooms were not ready ? (Check in is 12pm) Regarding the difference in rooms, you are right. We provide a slight difference in layouts etc to cater for different peoples needs. We will shortly be providing photos of the different types within each category on our website so that the guest has a clear idea what they are booking.
