the best is to book half board as lunch is not the costliest and you can enjoy casual dining in the waterpark or near the pool compared to the full board. but if you want to have a great lunch then full board is a good option
during my stay there was a menu but the options are paid. if you are able to wake up a bit early you can go down and enjoy the buffet that is included with your room rate
