场地，餐馆包厢，还有服务人员都太棒了！给 Aileen, Charlestie和Jenny打call，他们让我们的旅途变得棒呆了！游泳池很棒，而且那里还有一个码头用来接送游客。

美丽的度假村，有大型游泳池，房间很棒，餐厅的食物很棒（分量很足！）步行5分钟到Sam's Tours。非常感谢Matt和他的员工照顾我们。强烈推荐这里哦，我们还会再来玩的。Sharon＆Craig（潜水文化）

Cove度假村提供了一应俱全的环境，在这里可以享受到完美的度假体验。房间又大又干净。度假村的员工，包括经理Matthew，都很友好，他们会向住客推荐这里的服务和活动，让大家的入住体验更丰富。自助早餐的食物很棒，每天都会有小小的变化。餐厅价格合理，食物选择众多。Cove度假村的设施相比周边几个更大更商业化的度假村来说，收费更为合理。Sam's潜水店距离度假村两个街区。他们为潜水者和非潜水者提供了海上和陆地上不同的短途游项目。帕劳是一个美妙的地方，历史悠久，风景秀丽，丰富多彩的活动适合全家人。

It is such a delight to know how our staffs, the breakfast buffet and our facility were able to provide you such great service that you deserve during your getaway. Our staff does its utmost each day to ensure that all our guests feel at home-and special-while they are here, so we're delighted to know about your recent stay with us just that. What as a special getaway indeed and we're happy that you enjoyed the Hotel's location too. 我们一行16人潜水后在这里住了一天。这是一家崭新的旅馆。入住很快。房间里的床很舒服。漂亮的游泳池。但是…从登记处到房间没有电梯，只有一到两层楼梯。而且这家餐馆的服务非常慢。比如，一个半小时饭菜都没上来，很慢。可能是因为这是一家新酒店，所以没有解决好，但是这真的是个很大的缺点。

It is our pleasure to know that our facility were able to suits with your expectations by then. As for the other aspects of the hotel specifically the elevator, we would like to apologize for it. Please rest assure that we will look into this most especially with the meal concerns nor the service delays. We look forward that you will give us another try soon. 地理位置优越，步行就能到达鱼鳍潜水店。周边有几家餐厅，有长长的岛屿海滩公园，离喧嚣的科罗尔有一段距离。游泳池很大，还有露天的大型雨淋式花洒，我们是淡季过来的，所以人也不多。房间很大（七十三号房），位于三楼，双人间的大床非常舒适，大型的淋浴，可以看到可爱的码头和岛屿景色。自助餐很美味（竟然有人会对此有埋怨！），工作人员都是超级友好而且细心。强烈推荐！！

Hi,
HappyDive is correct the Palau Pacific has a man made beach which is open to non guests, one of our non divers went there and spent the afternoon. COVE Palau Resort though is amazing and the pool is truly spectacular. We also hired a driver for the day for a very reasonable price to take us around the island which included a beautiful beach where we could also have a very nice lunch. The COVE Palau resort has chairs and hammocks near the pool and a beautiful grass area which outlooks onto a beautiful view. I would still stay at COVE Palau.
As I said they give you bottled water. We brushed our teeth with the tapwater and had no problems. Ok?
