Hi Lesley, Thanks for your review. We've just did commercial carpet cleaning recently, and the heater in your room is working well as it's just bought for two months (it still looks quite new and working well but someone did broken one side of the wheels) . According to your advice, we've changed a new heater instead of the broken wheels one. All of the window catches has been checked last month, if you found any window catch still loosing made you feel insecure, you are more than welcome to asking us to repair it for ensuring you have a comfortable and safety staying. Our motel provide all of the rooms a welcome milk for free, as you had a free 300ml bottle of the milk, we don't understand what's the problem to charge only $2 for the extra bottle of milk? (or you can go to supermarket to buy one bottle at price about $1.49 and daily shop charge $2.59) We are not a brand new motel, but we keep doing our best to upgrade our facility. We've just done the new painting in the rooms,plumbing checked overall, pest control spraying and replace some new mattress and pillows since May, hopefully can satisfy more customer.
