我正在商务旅行，我看了这家酒店的网站，它看起来很不错，也很合适我。但是从每天35美元的停车费到没有电视信号，在这里的居住令人感到失望。房间很大，这很好，但地毯又破又旧，地毯没有铺到有瓷砖的地方，所以有缝隙。客房服务不达标——在第一天里我房间里所有的脏毛巾都被留下了。我要了一条茶巾，他们却给我留下了一块肮脏的抹布。我同事的房间也差不多。但工作人员都很好。

I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations in some aspects, we appreciate all constructive comments, giving us a better idea on future improvements.The room has been closed down for refurbishment and all your points will be actioned upon. 员工热情好客。房间整洁，现代化，浴室和卧室空间很大。酒店和我们要去的地方都很近。我在拜访家人和朋友的时候，在这里住了一个晚上。酒店位置很棒，员工十分友好。车可以停在附近或酒店内，价格合理。还会再次入住的。

No they did not charge me for storing my small case while I went away to a meeting.
About 20 min walk, but it's down hill :)
Yes I would say they are double glazed
Yes 28 dollars per night
You need to talk to the hotel about this. But from my experience in working front desk at hotels, to guarantee a room available you will need to book an additional night.
If they are fully booked the night before and checkout isn't until 10, they then have to get in and clean. Rooms aren't usually really until after 12.
