来此酒店最好三思，该名自称酒店经理，看似南亚裔人，权力可惊人，他可以在你已订酒店付了全款之后，擅自作主不让你check-in，只因为你觉得他没耐心态度不佳，想找他上级反映，该名老兄恼羞成怒直接摘下工作服的姓名挂牌，自以为黑社会上身，威胁指控我们没订房、且不会退费。在已填妥入住讯息（图一）以及出示护照照片情况下，这位自称权力极高的“经理”，即便我们被迫报警请求协助，他可以胡诌拿出取消订单通知信（图二）误导警方，指控我们没有订房，行为极为可恶，老婆挺了个大肚子人不舒服，这位经理丝毫不觉惭愧，事后Trip.com人员协助联系VIBE Melbourne酒店，甚至也不愿意退费给Trip.com，流氓至极。后来当天改住附近另家酒店后 ，我们才感受到真正酒店的服务，丝滑check-in入住、前台特地下来门口等待帮忙提行李、历史古迹、房间豪华宽敞、美味早餐、每日下午happy hour赠酒、房门挂圣诞礼物制造惊喜、服务人员总是微笑友善，两者之间毫无可比性，VIBE酒店人员管理出了严重问题，有图有真相，出来游玩若要心情愉快，一定要避雷！

Dear Chouv349, It is quite unfortunate your short experience at Vibe Melbourne. This is definitely not what we are known for as you could see in most of the reviews given by people. But let me clarify also to our TripAdvisor audience: - At the time of checking in, you were refusing to show a physical photo ID (in this time, your passport) knowing that this is a mandatory requirement in order to check you in. -After we asked you for your ID and your refusal, you have started to raise your tone of voice turning it into a disrespectful conversation from your end and starting to take pictures from our team members without any consent. As we have ZERO tolerance with abusive behavior, we were forced to call the police. -Your booking was made and prepaid to TRIP.COM. They collected the money from your end, and not Vibe Melbourne at that stage. Therefore, you were instructed to request the cancellation through them and , in our end, it will be approved without any cancellation fees. Best wishes and Happy New Year

我们需要一个压力 - 无休息，和氛围墨尔本交付。超级友好的工作人员，伟大的位置(方便优步，和电车/火车连接 ) 。健身房布置得很好，泳池很棒，餐厅很愉快，屋顶酒吧很神圣。

Ask for a room which overlooks the Yarra River and MCG. The view from this room will give you a great viewing of the fireworks. You can also ask Vibe Hotel reception what they recommend.
The room price will be expensive - possibly $500.00 per night.

Great view from room 723. To the left was a view up the side of Flinders St Station. The view to the right was across to Southbank and the MCG. See photos from review December 2022.
When I booked the Yarra King room there was only a seperate shower, no bathtub. I believe their Yarra Riverview Balcony Suite, Family Suite, Fletcher Suite and Flinders Terrace Suite all have a shower and bath included in the room.
There’s a Parkin facility next door ( or a couple of doors down). I can’t remember how much, but the will validate your ticket.
