不要选择住在这里，建筑工地就在隔壁，非常吵杂，空调压缩机都在房间里，如果使用就非常嘈杂。没有洗衣机或烘干机，没有合适的厨房，没有烤箱。还有一些愚蠢的布置，比如餐具放在地板上的抽屉里。卧室狭小，浴室狭小。总的来说，很难有比这里更糟的地方了。

Dear jhaunton, Thank you for your review. It is disappointing to learn that you have not enjoyed your stay. Please accept our apologies about the issues mentioned during your stay. Please allow for us to address the feedback you have provided. You may be pleased to know that we do have a washer, dryer and oven in each apartment for your convenience.. These are permanent fixtures in the rooms - as part of standard amenities provided for each guest. Our staff would have been more than happy to show you these at your request. I will be sure to pass on your feedback on to our design team, we do apologise this was not up to your expectations. We do have many rooms situated throughout the building that may have suited your expectations. Had reception knows of these, they would have gladly assisted you in a room move or other enquiries you may have had. Please do not take this as a reflection of our services. 酒店地理位置优越，而且客房很干净。 我们订了2间卧室，都带有阳台。我觉得对于像我们这样的四口之家来说，酒店唯一不足的地方就是沙发只能坐两个人，而且电视机没有网只有几个台可以看。

房间太差了，沙发非常小，只够一个人坐的。为了这样的小房间，我们却付了四个成年人的房费，太不值了。每人只配备了一个枕头，这跟酒店网站上所介绍的内容完全不相符合。而且房间和浴室都很脏，令人作呕。房间十分狭窄，甚至比我此前住过的盛像酒店的卧室还要小。说实话，这15年来，我在澳大利亚的许多地方都住过，墨尔本、阿德莱德、悉尼和昆士兰州，这次绝对是我经历过的最糟糕的住宿体验。当时，为了给我的女朋友庆祝生日，我们预定这家酒店，而没有选择另一家同等价位的皇冠酒店。付了钱后，我们却发现房间如此糟糕，我女朋友当场就哭了。真是一次惹人恼火的住宿经历。

Dear mo89man, Thank you for your review. We are disappointed to learn that you did not enjoy your stay. Firstly, please accept our apologies for the issues experienced with housekeeping. I will be following this up immediately as the abovementioned completely differ to usual positive feedback we receive. You may be pleased to know that we definitely have rooms with a bigger layout which offer much space. I do hope you were able to reach out to our friendly 24hr reception team, who would have been more than happy to assist with your dissatisfaction during your stay. 朋友和我晚上喝了一夜的酒后在南岸乐帕盛橡酒店住了一晚，并且我们还升级了房间~房间超棒，干净整洁，酒店人员热情而又友好，我和姐妹们晚上出来玩一定还会再过来住宿!谢谢你南岸乐帕盛橡酒店。

真的很糟糕，一天到晚都很吵，停车场系统简直是个噩梦，要花很长时间才能进入大楼。对于去餐厅和城市观光来讲这里的地理位置不错。下次再来会找其他的地方住。

Although it is disappointing to learn that you did not enjoy some aspects of your stay, we are delighted to read that you enjoyed our unbeatable location. Your feedback does come as a surprise to us as we generally attain positive reviews about our rooms, convenient car lift system and low noise levels. Had reception been notified of your concerns, they would have gladly helped in resolving these. This is an aparthotel so all apartments.
No there is not. However there is a gym around the corner, about 5 minute walk.

Hi, Building is pretty new so I doubt there will be any need for renovation! As it is 6 months since we stayed there I cannot say if there is any construction going on around the apartment building or not sorry!
