We unfortunately do not have mini fridges in the rooms, however you are welcome to store any perishables in our walk-in fridge
Hi Staff at the Hotel,
I've made a booking for evening of the 19th, but somehow the system gave me 2 x twin rooms, when I wanted one of them as a Double with private en-suite. Been trying to email and call your landline, but they do not work? Have a left a message on your mobile. Thanks James

I see that you visited Mountain Park Hotel and it must have been a few months ago. I am the new owner and can honestly say I have had to deal with quite a few concerns about the hotel after my take over here. For your information we have made some dramatically needed changes such as replacing of all linen, pillows and have upgraded the rooms to a completely new level. I need to stress that your review of the hotel is not a true reflection of the hotel as it is now and I feel that posting up comments on tripadvisor, only now, is not a good advert for us and utterly unfair. As for the food I have 3 highly skilled and trained Chefs and removed all the old staff who clearly were not doing their duties at the hotel.
As you know people like ourselves for the most part refer to tripadvisor before venturing away from home. We would kindly ask that either you remove your comment or make a comment stating that the hotel has been taken over by new owners and have done some dramatic and well needed upgrades.
I trust you understand my position.

I am very pleased that this Historical Hotel has new ownership and will hopefully be restored to its former glory.
