We booked 2 rooms for 11th May 2017 and reached after 13 hours of tiring journey for Gurgaon to Janki Chatti by 11:30 am.Staff at front desk was ignoring us as we stepped in the hotel. We asked them to call the owner as we had our booking but he started to lie that owner is in meeting . Also the spoc person who was supposed to answer was not picking the call.After lots of arguments we found that there is no room for us as these people already booked it for some another party. Rain and chilling weather add fuel to the fire.Really it was disgusting as we were already tired and paid a relevant amount for the booking.It was such a bad experience which left 5 people helpless. Such kind of non-sense should be penalized. On my personal experience i won't recommend this hotel.
