From what I understand from your feedback, you had to wait too long for the shuttle when you arrived to the hotel. My sincere apologies, this is certainly not our intention. An up to date schedule is posted on our website to avoid disappointment. Also I am sorry to read that the television in your room did not work with your own equipment.
