我被地板上的灰尘惊呆了！！！浴室里有头发。。。我对这个脏脏的房间非常失望。而且洗个澡浴室里都是水这一点也让我很烦，因为这里没有浴帘！

我在这里呆了整整一个星期，对这家酒店没有任何意见。房间很大，有所有需要的便利设施，酒店位于东滩。早餐也包括在房费内，哇，这里真是一个不错的选择。我唯一的抱怨是电梯的速度，但是毕竟是上到27楼，也能接受。友好的员工，会说英语。

Dear Mr. Jdelor, Firstly thanks for your valuable comment on tripadvisor. We are sorry for your inconvenience which was occurred elevators traffic when you took it during your stay. As matter of fact, the speed of elevators operate properly in terms of system-control and local regulation. However, as you told us, the elevator traffic has been happened easily in the morning & evening when room-guests & restaurant visitors use it the same time. Regarding those issues, we are trying to find out the best way in terms of systems and service. Thanks again for your mention. 这是一家不错的酒店，但各方面都显示其暗色调主题。外立面、电梯、大堂区域，甚至房间内部都是深灰色的。不知怎么的，我感觉不太舒服。然而，酒店的停车场很不错，工作人员很配合，邻近区域漂亮而且热闹。我真的很喜欢酒店提供的免费早餐，菜单很丰富。但是午餐和晚餐我不太喜欢。全部都是韩国菜。这可能是大多数韩国酒店的情况，对此我无法发表评论。另一个我想说的是等待电梯的时间。在高峰时间，我有时需要等待5分钟。可能电梯的管理系统没有优化或微调。考虑到酒店的设施，我觉得它的价格有点高。

在出差期间，我住了几天，很满意。前台的这位女士(不记得她的名字，但是她有一口可爱的澳大利亚口音)帮我买了去釜山的火车票，她帮了我很大的忙。很乐意再来一次。

我只在这里住了一个晚上，虽然住的时间很短但是我很满意。一切都很好，除了电梯总是满员，等待时间总是非常长。不知道酒店是否预订满了，但每次我用的时候都是这样。大堂和餐厅的WiFi都不错，但是房间里（二十四层）很慢。在餐厅用早餐和自助晚餐，体验都很好。入住/退房办理没有什么问题而且很迅速。下次来这里我还会入住这家酒店。
