This is similar to the regular Hilton Doubletree next door. The only differences are that it has no executive lounge, is a bit more expensive, and has an all-in-one washer/dryer machine in the room with a sink and microwave (kichenette). If you have diamond status, it's better to stay next door so that you have access to an excellent executive lounge. There's also a CU convenience store on the first floor. Both hotels are connected on the first floor.
Very nice new hotel to stay with as it’s new and there are facilities/restaurants and a convenient store in the building.
There are two main buildings in the company, one run by Doubletree Hotel as regular hotel and another by Doubletree Residence. Each has its own check in lobby and access to each floor.
The room in the Residence has a tiny kitchen and washer/dryer which is great setup for business travelers.
However it is in the middle of nowhere so would need to call Uber or taxi as transportation tool.

Sehr gutes Hotel, exzellenter Service. Sehr gutes und ruhiges Zimmer. Für den Pool gibt es pro Übernachtung einen "Slot" von 70 min, den man buchen muss. Für den Pool braucht man eine Badekappe, die man aber auch für 10.000 Won kaufen kann. Das Restaurant ist sehr teuer, das haben wir uns gespart. In etwa 500 m Nähe gibt es aber eine Einkaufsstraße mit sehr vielen Restaurants. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr freundliches Personal. Von Seoul bzw. Incheon aus muss man 1 bis 1,5 Stunden rechnen, da hier sehr viel Verkehr ist. Es ist also nicht ideal, wenn man im Wesentlichen nach Seoul Zentrum möchte. Aber insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden!
The service apartment (2bedroom) is very spacious and pillows were firm. The shampoo and shower gel gives off a very fresh frangrant. Washer cum dryer is readily available within the apartment units and is easy to operate. You can request for washing detergent from the reception but it is only limited to 1 packet per day.
The only setback is the location of the service apartment. It is quite a distance away from the Sunae Station which is about a 20min walk under sub-zero condition can be quite torturing.
