此次到義大利旅遊第一天住威尼斯梅斯特雷福朋喜來登酒店 Four Points by Sheraton Venice Mestre,房間雖不大,沒有冰箱,但乾淨明亮,有辦公桌,有電視,床鋪舒適,枕頭軟硬適中很好入眠。接待大廳不是很大,現代感沙發可坐20人以上。櫃台服物人員態度OK,會說英文好溝通。周遭道路車流量不大,環境安靜隔音很好。早餐比預期的好,雖然不像台灣四星飯店那麼多樣,以麵包和義式料理為主,但吃飽沒問題。

Dear Mathilde C, first of all I apologize for the inconvenient you had during your stay. I am honestly sorry for that. I will immediately share your feedback with the appropriate hotel team to ensure the necessary guidelines and training are in place to prevent this from occurring in the future. I am also really sorry reading this review from one of ours. Not sure why you are reporting this particular severe feedback, but we will take it as an opportunity to improve and prevent. You were assign to one of our base room 20 square meter and considering the floor, you also hade a nice garden view: we were fully booked with no possibility to upgrade further. Regarding the breakfast, we are constantly reviewing it in order to make improvements: we introduced several new quality items, as well as our chef hand made cakes.
