Dear Guest, it is with regret that I read these kind of reviews when a customer hides behind a nickname and instead of sharing their experience with others only focuses on a personal interest that our hotel does not provide for security reasons although proposing other alternatives. We are interested in booking your hotel in May and would like to know:
1) Does the hotel lift reach the ground floor ? as my mother has problem with steps.
2) Can the car drop us at the hotel entrance ?
3) Do warm/hot dishes available at breakfast buffet.
As it is said by KF the lift reaches the ground floor.
Some of the floors are not reached by the lift and the car can not stop in front of the door only across the street.
There are some hot dishes at breakfast like eggs, bacon na cooked vegetables.
It was included as part of our room rate during our stay in early September. I agree with others who stated that it might depend on who you book with and when you plan on staying. I would definitely inquire with hotel management and when doing so mention that you are booking based on the good reviews you’ve seen from others who have stayed there.
