Dear karrieParis, First of all, thank you for choosing Ramada Lisbon Hotel during your stay in Lisbon. We are sorry to hear that we didn’t accomplish your expectations, as customers satisfaction is always our main goal. A comment like this is a cause for concern so we reviewed your comment in particular. I would like to inform you that for our guests, we charge 5 euros a day to park the car. I verified your reservation and it was the price paid. Also, kindly note that we assigned you the room according to the typology you have reserved. We are sorry again if we have not reached your expectations. When we have rooms available we always have the joy to give to our clients an upgrade. Unfortunately, in this case, we had 99% of the rooms occupied. Sorry again if there was some misunderstanding. We sincerely hope you reconsider and come back for another visit soon.
