Dear Lucia, Thank you for taking your time to write this review. I am sorry to hear that you were not fully satisfied with your stay at Hotel V. It is unfortunate that the room didn't meet your expectations. The room in question is called "small basement room" on our website and booking agents to avoid misunderstandings. All rooms are in accordance with our our brand standards. Regarding the gift that you bought, you did report this problem to me personally and after short investigation we found your bag and it was returned to you. You left creased paper bag on the floor (among the garbage) so unfortunately it was mistakenly taken as rubbish by the housekeeper. I apologize for that. In case we wouldn’t recover your bag, we would obviously offer you another form of compensation but this was not necessary as you got back all your belongings. Once again, I am very sorry for any inconvenience caused and hope that generally you enjoyed your time in Amsterdam.
