Most unpleasant hotel I've ever been to (although it was the most expensive in 20 years I'm traveling). VERY NOISY (kids playing football outside our window until 10pm. Managment: "sorry, but there is nothing we can do about it"), AWFUL MATTRESS (so soft my back...更多

We are a group of 3 adults and 2 children (ages 4 & 7) visiting Interlaken Nov 9 & 10. Wish to know if you have an option of a suite or large room to accommodate all of us together and if so the price per night per person?
Also, how much will it cost for a trip to Jungfraujoch per person, and is it worth to buy a Swiss Travel System pass, since this is the only place we will be visiting in Switzerland?

The cost for the trip to Jungfraujoch are knwon to be quite expensive - up to 200 Swiss Francs per adult person! Passes from Swiss Travel System will only be worth buying if you also railways and cable cars. We recomend you to also check other senic mountain trips like Schilthorn/Piz Gloria or Niederhorn/Beatenberg as these are much less expensive and still offer exciting excoursions and a beautifull view to the Swiss Alps!

I was wondering if you actually stayed in this hotel or if you have muddled it up with another
The reason is the fact that the rooms are modern, the WIFI is fine - indeed I am using it now- the beds are comfortable and are in new condition, the staff are brilliant and it is as good as good a quality as I can recall from the Hilton in Basel.
We have been coming here for 4 years now with a group and it has been like this for at least the last four years.
I am sorry you felt out of place but since we have been here we have seen a number of folk staying who we assume from their clothing are of the Islamic faith.
Have you actually stayed here or have you muddled it up with a different hotel?
I am visiting Switzerland for the first time and have booked a room in your hotel for 1 night on 16 June 2015.
I shall be travelling from Lucerne to Interlaken on 16 Jun 2015, along with my wife and 7 yr old son.
I will be grateful if you please provide me with few informations-
(a) I am planning to travel from Lucerne to Interlaken , on 16 June by train. Is it advisable to get the train tickets booked in advance or should I purchase it on arrival ?
(b) How far is your hotel from Interlaken Station? Do we need to take a taxi or is it walk-able distance?
(c) Is it possible to visit Mt Jungfrau on 16 June itself ? Should I book excursion packages online in advance or book it once I am there in Lucerne / Interlaken?
(d) How different is excursion to Mt Titlis from Mt Jungfrau as we are planning to visit Mt Titlis from Lucerne ?
(e) How much should Mt jungfrau excursion cost me (approximately)?
(f) Please suggest any tour operator or online sites where I can book my excursion tours.
(g) Is it wise to buy a swiss pass/ euro rail pass as we shall be travelling Lucerne – Interlaken (16 June) and Interlaken –Paris (17 June) or should we buy point to point tickets?
Thanks n Regards
