Broke my journey from England to Scotland at the Lancaster Travelodge. The reception staff were very helpful on arrival but ignored me on departure on the morning of the 1st April (perhaps it was a joke). The bed was great and the room basic, but...更多
Very happy to recommend this hotel, a Great location just off M6 attached to services, Lovely comfy beds, good size clean room / hotel with friendly reception. Perfect for stop over , will use again. No where in hotel to have breakfast but services attached...更多
A very good stay, the room was clean and the bed comfortable
The staff were excellent and very friendly.
The check-in and check out worked very efficiently
Using the key to get discount in the local services was a nice touch
Clean room. Good service. Got whatever we needed. Dissapointed with the cot service as there was no basinet inside it for our baby to sleep in. Toilet door wouldn't close at all. Floor was a little bit creaky!
We are going to Lancaster in July for our daughters graduation. We will not be having a car, and wanted to know if the M6 travelodge is accessible with public transport or how expensive is for taxi from the hotel to city.
Tried to book the Lancaster city travelodge but its too expensive

Hallo . Did you find out if there was public transport to travelodge m6 Lancaster or not ? Or the taxi price ? Many thanks . Sue
Has M6 Travelodge Lancaster been refurbished since 2014? When we came there before the room (130 top floor ) was smelling really bad of a dog, and no cleaning was carried out before we arrived & during our 4 days stay! It has put us off from choosing to stay there again during our visits to Blackpool. There has been a change of management since then, but there will still complaints of damp smells, dirty rooms with mould in the bathroom, and faulty showers. The Tv `s were very old analogue types that had poor pictures on the screens! Apart from this the location is great for the Lakes and surrounding places to visit , and of course overnight stays when travelling to Scotland to break a long journey from the South of the UK.
We are travelling from north Scotland to Manchester and are looking to break the journey up here. Is it easily accessible from south bound side on the m6? Thank you
