I have just tried to book for your dates and I can book and the price is Advance rate for 2 persons for 1 night is £132.00 pounds Flex Rate is £157.00 these are Premier Plus rates.
Standard room rates are
Advance rate £118.00
Flex Rate £143.00.
I am on premier inn then I put in Portsmouth Dockyard arrival 26 July departure 27th July and the above prices came up. Hope this helps you, and the Bar+Block to eat was very good. Good luck enjoy your trip we throughly enjoyed ours.
I think it starts from 7 til 10 but can't guarantee. We had it at 7 the first day and there was someone in already eating and went down at 10 the second and people were coming in afterwards. Times could be longer than stated. Breakfast was good and evening meal was excellent.
There is a car park just across the road from the hotel which we found very clean and safe. Also Premier leave tokens in a box at reception which takes £2 off the price of parking when you scan it at the pay machine. Overnight, we paid £10 in total. Very good value.
