Wya Point must make some changes to their website. Although it states that it is a full-service campground, there are no amenities. No toilets, no drinking water, no showers. I am an experienced camper so I know how to get around this but families will...更多
The most beautiful cabin that I have ever stayed in! You get to sleep facing your own private beach while listening to the crashing waves, you're right in there with nature. I would give it 5 stars however I had just one issue. The fireplace...更多
Everything was fabulous! We spent four nights at the Wya Point lodge in February. The lodge was stunning and the ocean views, breathtaking. The resort is situated on its own private beach, so you can take the short trail and explore at any time of...更多
We camp here over the summer, amazing view, very private and quiet, unfortunately, the washroom at the campsite is not working and we have to use the washroom at the cottages which, was relatively far especially if it's raining like it did during our stay....更多
We were there in the off season, and was very quiet and peaceful. We stayed in the campground and the Yurts and would recommend either of them. The last view nights we stayed in the yurt as it was raining and was warm and dry,...更多
Does anyone have pictures of the view from Yurt #9? Am so excited to get there!

Our experience was that there are a lot of casualrestaurants in Tofino serving comfort food but we thought there was a real lack of more vegetarian food and creativite cooking. We mainly BBQ'd in our cabin. We did not try Wolf in the Fog or the Japanese place, but they looked like the better bets. Careful though things close pretty early in the evening. Tacofino taco truck was the best meal we had. There is a reason it is rated so highly on trip advisor.
I will be staying at beach site 18 for 3 nights this summer with my dog, just the 2 of us. Is there anything I should know? I have read some reviews and got some useful info on bathrooms, water etc. I was a little worried about having to haul everything too far from the car and not being able to have a cooler or BBQ at the time and having to keep going back and forth, but as long as it's not too far, it should be ok... Any additional advise would be appreciated!!
Oh, is there any worry about the water getting too high? Might be a silly question, but wanted to ask anyway! :O)

We have food caches located down by the campsites where guests can store their cooler/BBQ/food supplies, these caches are just a short walk away.
The water doesn’t get too high, but you are just steps away from the beach.
