很早就抵达酒店，他们的工作人员非常友好和乐于助人。他们还在等我们的房间准备时给了我们免费的食物。我们的房间很干净，我们也有最好的窗户，所以我们可以在漫长的一天后放松。我强烈推荐这家酒店，因为我们拥有丰富的经验，房价比其他房间便宜。

Booked through Agoda
Stayed for 3hours only
I must admit, after my 3hour stay here, my view of airbnb type of accommodation cha nged bigtime.
I'd choose hotels now over condo type of stay. Anyway, i'll share some good points first :
1. The staff are very accommodating, they'll assist you and answer your queries.
2. Nice view of BGC at night because there's a balcony.
3. Large room
4. With table and couch
5. Security is also okay
However...
1. Prepare yourself for roaches
2. Old slippers
3. Wifi is not working
...personally not my type of solo overnight place to sleep.
Probably if i booked earlier they could have prepared it. And hopefully they will consider making sure that the place is clean and welcoming.

Arrived at the property before 2pm but the room was not prepared so I endured the heat in the lobby for an hour or so. Then the representative arrived and escorted me to the penthouse where another wait time of 30 minutes happened since they were still preparing the room. Finally checked in and entered the room around 4pm. Bathroom was all wet including the walls. Sheets show accumulated dust and marks of God knows what. TV wasn't working well either so I texted the representative, who replied after 30 minutes. Asked for an extension for checkout since they accommodated me late but was not approved.
