The Sea Garden is part of the Vidanta resort but separated by less than 100 meters. Having stayed before at a Grand Luxxe we weren't sure what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. Unlike the Grand Luxxe the valet parking was right behind the Sea...更多
When I walked in, I thought the hotel was a bit dated and seemed sort of "quiet"...As it turned out, it's my new "go to" vacation.

Had an excellent time. Could have had more waiter staff in the pool area. Food was good.
Housekeeping could be improved. Just about every day we needed to call for washcloths.
The guards should have kept people from other resorts out of the Sea Garden...更多
Our first time at sea gardens and have LOVED the area. So many restaurants within 5-30 minutes walk. We enjoyed exploring from fajita republic, elbarracuda, and eddys. Had a great 2/1 hamburger along the river on Sundays! Fabulous location. The room has s larger footprint....更多
We are booked @ the Mayan Palace PUERTO Vallarta & my sister may be staying at the Sea Garden NUEVO Vallarta (unless a unit opens up in PV). How far are they from each other? Since they are both Vindanta resorts, would we be able to use the pools at either place?

You can get from one to the other by walking down beach. Maybe 1/4 mile to where you enter Grand Mayan / Mayan Palace property. They are all on Vidanta resort property and Palace is the next resort building south ( further from Sea Garden) from the 3 building Grand Mayan. So to the Palace proper you might be 1/2 mile. You'll be able to use most but not all pools on Vidanta property. Certainly all at Grand Mayan. I doubt you'll be able to use room charge across resorts.
On Vidanta ( yours) you'll pretty much be trapped. Their restaurants etc... Sea Garden has plenty of good and very reasonable restaurants that you can walk to. From Vidanta the only way off is taxi. And you'll pay a premium because it's so far off highway. Sea Garden has public bus service and less expensive taxi service to PV or Bucerias.
El marino, los arcos cristal muy bien después comento lo mejor y lo peor de mayan sea Garden
