Location is very good, only a few blocks away from the historic center of the city. Staff is very friendly, rooms are spacious and clean. The only thing we had trouble with was the internet, signal is very poor, they need to work on that....更多
Is there wifi access in the rooms? The actual hotel website says wifi in common areas only but some hotel booking sites advertise free wifi in the rooms. Can someone please clarify? I am interested in a regular room, not the bungalows. Thanks!
A friend used to stay in one of the poolside apts., and told me there was a 2-bdr. apt. at poolside. Can you give me information? This would be for 4 adults, (2 mothers, 2 14 year old daughters, and 2 bedrooms would be perfect.

Sorry - I couldn't say, I was in a small room, but I know that there are larger rooms overlooking the pool or right beside the pool. I don't know if there are 2-br apts. I doubt that there would be a kitchen, but you can use... 更多

I didn't see any AC either. But as mentioned, in Oaxaca City I wouldn't use if they had it. I was there this week and needed a blanket....
