Hello we are Uruguayans, and we have a paid reservation in Ananda Curacao, due to the coronavirus we cannot enter your country, at this time we have to stay in Bonaire. We communicate so that they refund our money to us, since it is a complicated situation since we have to stay more days than we can pay. The situation was explained to them and they insist that they will not return the money to us. For us it is no longer a matter of money, but rather a lack of ethics, a lack of humanity and understanding, when we are talking about a problem worldwide. And they were not able to do anything, to try to solve somehow, all bad people.

We just spent a week at Ananda Resort. We liked our villa a lot! Modern , spacious, clean and well equiped. Premises are well maintained ( gardiner does a great job) , very secured environment and in a quiet area . You definitaly need to rent car for your stay to go by the beaches (very clear water but most of them have little rocks to get into the water, except for Mambo beach,. Aruba have longer beaches and no rock but Curacao has it own spirit and identity!) visit the city and to explore the island and enjoy the life of Curacao. We just had great , courteous, friendly and professionnal service from all employees : reception (outstanding service) , Bliss restaurant ( good food and well presented at affordable prices:thanks to Jay-Jay and Harold!). On site ,the Resort offered a small gym( but efficient) ,nice pool, parking,one restaurant ( opened until 9:00pm) ,small park and bycicles. We also appreciated the beach towels in the villa and the two electricy adaptors landed to us at the reception desk.The resort is located near Cas Abao beach , Playa Abou and few others ( you need a car,nice ride) up to Westpunt . Mambo beach is also a must ! Ananda Resort is located about 30 min from Willemstad ( for different entertainment)and about 20 minutes from the grocery store ( Centrum) . We will surely go back and refer the Resort to our friends and family.…
