I didn't see any dogs. So I'm not sure. Glacier Park itself has restrictions on dogs. The restrictions are due to wild life. I would bring bear spray with or without an animal. But that's just me. You have your pet road side and in the car, picnic areas, any place that is developed. There is one Pet Friendly trail in Glacier Park. It's 2.5 miles and runs from West Glacier to Apgar Village. I'm not sure if Lake McDonald Lodge accepts pets.
