柜台人员素质差,每次进出饭店时都在低头滑手机,聊天,嘻哈,开玩笑,做自己的事...
完全不像是饭店的人员,就像一般商店的打工仔, 比便利商店的人员还不如!
难怪都没遇到日本当地的客人, 都是依些国外的旅客!
甚至连抬个头跟客人打声招呼都没!尤其是中晚班的人员!
除了房间大之外,也想不到它的优点跟可推荐之处了!
饭店打扫也都完全没清扫,就真的时间到换床单, 每日帮忙换浴巾而已!!
真是颠覆我对日本服务业,饭店业的观念!

Dear Tourist05894447039 Thank you for staying at MIMARU UENO NORTH for your stay in Japan. Excuse me for replying in English. I am very sorry for making you upset because of our service and hospitality. Our selling point supposed to be our friendliness, though we lacked some polite attitude and we could not let you feel comfortable. Appreciating your opinion, we would like to reeducate our reception staff to be able to give our guests a better service. Thank you for giving us a chance to apologize and to improve our hospitality. I am also sorry for any inconvenience with the cleaning policy of our hotel. I bet our reception staff should have told you at check-in, but our cleaning policy is a little different since MIMARU is an apartment type hotel. I would appreciate for your understanding. MIMARU hotels are targeted to inbound guests, which makes 99% of our guests from foreign countries. Since so, thanks to your opinion, we were able to come to a realization that we should have been giving more Japanese "OMOTENASHI" spirit to our guests. Sorry for such a long reply. I hope you had a wonderful experience touring around Japan overall. We are looking forward to welcoming you at MIMARU again and would like to do our best to provide you a comfortable stay next time. 饭店干净房间配置很适合家庭旅游，小朋友可以在房间内玩耍，工作人员服务亲切，但是离饭店最近的车站入口不适合推婴儿车及拉太多行李

家庭式的房型带有小厨房及小客厅是到日本旅行少有的房型，令人感觉舒适自在。
另外饭店的自助洗衣间服务便宜，洗衣一次日币300元、烘衣半小时100元（可追加）对于家庭客来说更是方便。
即便价格有点偏高，但以这种房型大小及附加服务而言是值得的。
距离上野站有几分钟距离，但是直走即可抵达，好找很多
有个小缺点是饭店提供的muji吹风机，风量稍嫌不足，导致花费许多吹发时间。
厨房餐具及锅具充足，同时提供洗碗精及菜瓜布，十分方便
另外饭店的自助洗衣间服务便宜，洗衣一次日币300元、烘衣半小时100元（可追加）对于家庭客来说更是方便。
即便价格有点偏高，但以这种房型大小及附加服务而言是值得的。

小厨房很方便,冰箱比一般的旅馆还大,可以很放心的买食物回来存放, 沙发和茶几也够大,一家五口住宿也不会觉得拥挤

这次是一家四口入住，其中有老人和小朋友，很细心有小朋友用的拖鞋，地点也十分方便。另外空调不是中央空调可调较十分好，不像其他酒店不能调。有小厨房可以买超市食品回酒店吃。房间十分整洁，只是可安排二天清洁一次房间（而家系四天一次）比较好，因为人多住房间会比较乱。位于上野大概十分钟路程（这次有老人及小朋友同行）要不是大概不用十分钟就可以到上野JR站的入谷口。另外步行就可到上野动物园或上野公园（是日本赏樱的热点）。去银座、表参道、涉浴、东京站、浅草、sky tree tower都不用转车，只要坐银座或浅草线就即达。

Thank you for your inquiry towards our hotel.
In average, it costs about 23,000 yen from Narita Airport to our hotel per taxi. However, ordinary taxis are only available for four people, so you need to take two taxis.
There are also fixed-fared taxis from the airport. However, most of the fixed-fared taxis need to be reserved. "km taxi" is one of the taxi companies that have fixed-fared taxis. Please take a look at this company's website for more details.
Taking the train to Keisei Ueno station, it is definitely cheaper. It costs about 1,000yen to 1,300yen differs between which train you get on.
Walking from Keisei Ueno station to our hotel might feel a bit far depending on how big your luggage is.
