Very comfortable beds and good aircon. Wifi not bad. Great value. The view across the street is of a burnt out building. But for smokers ,there is a window you can use on the hallway if your on the 3rd floor or higher. They are easy going nice staff here. Good ice cream and ok breakfast.

I visited Be Palace Hotel for their cafe that serves Bingsu. Their selection were: Mango, Mango Cheesecake, Ube Macapuno, Cookies ‘n Cream, Halo-Halo Bingsu, Strawberry and Banana. The Banana as the front desk lady said is on a buy 1 take 1 promo. Some were unavailable this visit though.
However, my friends and I went for Mango, Ube Macapuno and Cookies ‘n Cream.
Price ranges from P150-P180. Which is decent and really cheap for a bowl of bingsu that can be shared by 2-3 persons. So Price is 5/5 for me.
Presentation is 5/5 as well. If you intend to share, just ask for smaller bowls, the staff is kind and accommodating.
Staff/Service is 5/5. Rizza who attended us was accommodating and all smiles while dealing with us.
Food Quality, we ordered Bingsu only and can give ratings for it only, the Mango and Ube-Macapuno is 5/5; the Cookies ‘n Cream 2/5, it tasted flat for me, the presentation is it’s saving grace.
Ambience, as a walk-in cafe, it has four tables, it’s unassuming and has just the right feels for a small hotel. I’m not sure though how it is when it gets packed, at the time of visit, we were the only group in their cafe, save for the group that’s occupying their lounge/conference room next to the cafe.
