新竹喜来登有进步,经营品质的越来越有国际接轨的样子。几年前来住过一次,不是很满意,最近又去住一次,觉得这回体验很好。特别是服务人员的接待亲切也专业。此外,这间喜来登的套房很不错,空间很大,若有预算,不妨选套房。

住宿品质很好,房间干净隔音好,床好睡,房间空间也很大,停车场也很好停车。

早餐的部分比较不满意,早上九点多下去吃早餐,其实位置还很多,结果硬是被安排和别人坐在一起(类并桌,两桌隔不到十公分),一直听隔壁父母骂小孩,觉得很不舒服。

1.对钛金卡会员说,你早餐用餐时间只有一小时(上午八点),一般客人确没有说。。。无奈,随员工高兴,何况,check in时为什么不事先告知,四星五星饭店哪有用餐时间限制?
2.员工被训练成狂说“不好意思”,不设法改善专业动作,一次check out可以听到至少20个“不好意思”,却不做改正补救措施,大堂值班经理也只会“不好意思”。
3. 旅游优惠,人多造成服务品质下降,细看最近几个月的点评,坏的居多,早餐自助餐的菜色及服务都与没疫情差好多。白金会员以上感觉可惜啊!
4.从去年有旅游补助,漏开发票给客户,到目前近几个月的点评,员工专业度或许与国内公司不愿花钱训练,弄的员工不熟政府规定(漏开发票)到要客户选A或B,客户选A,她偏做B,试问,干嘛要问?
5,总经理真的要留意一下啊?竹北地区有类似酒店,你们必被员工害死。

很棒的亲子饭店~假日人潮都很多,此次国庆连假饭店人潮汹涌,checkin遇到很棒的服务人员,Ms.郭怡君 & Mr.毛修中经理,服务态度非常好,客气有礼,虽然遇到高峰期,依然保持耐心协助处理需求。一个好的饭店,优秀的员工值得被赞扬,辛苦这些一线人员,给我们一个愉快的假期。还有喜波波游戏室的姐姐们也非常热情,带很多活动给小孩,让父母可以喘口气~~非常棒!!!!!!

白金挑战第三站,早上从台北喜来登退房,下午直接入住新竹喜来登
之前有来住过对行政酒廊和lobby的宽敞大气留下深刻印象.

这次带着白金会员的身分入住被升等喜来登套房,真心感谢
房内设计温馨舒适利用各式家具把空间填满相对于台北万豪套房的空虚
新竹喜来登套房比较有家的感觉非常有眼缘适合拍照打卡.

没有胶囊咖啡机但是滤挂式咖啡包的品质还不错
有个收音机闹钟但是找不到蓝芽功能,双厕只有一个是免治马桶.
惊喜的是电视系统跟万豪和北喜的不一样
这里电视可以看youtube还有手机投影功能.

行政酒廊暂停服务,HH移到大厅酒吧,原本的行政酒廊是禁止小孩进入的
移到大厅酒吧..那小孩猛的又跳又闹......

客房服务叫的印尼炒饭不怎样,跟万豪比虾仁小只又过油
吃完放在房间门口一直到隔日退房还没人收走

可以看得出这是一间非常成功的亲子饭店,有各式活动吸引家长带着小孩来玩
但是吃早餐的时候,当我自己泡著茶看着开饮机上的101度C要自己端回座位
还要避开横冲直撞的小孩,我忽然了解为何早期的五星级饭店都是服务生带到位置
然后问要茶还是咖啡,最后再帮客人端过来,而现在愈来愈少这样子了

It’s a nice place, great location However I was not happy about their arrangement, as we arrived the hotel at 15:15 (hotel Check in time was 15:00) however we were told that our room was not ready..will need another 20mins .. okey... that’s fine.... The front desk told us to bring kids to the play room located on the 5Floor, and we’ll call us as soon as the room will be ready Everything apart from the delay of check in seems fine so far.... So we left the front desk, and before we head to the play room we decided to have a drink at the lobby cafe, my husband bring the kids to the play house after they finished the drink before me, just when I want to pay for the drinks, I asked as we will be staying in the hotel for the following two nights, will there be any in house guest discount? They said yes 10%off but they will need my room number, I said I haven’t got my room number as the front desk told me there’s a delay, however the lady got confused, she said if I am not checked in I cannnot have in-house guess discount, I said but it’s you guys( the hotel) have not got the room ready, not because i haven’t done my check in and I have waited for over 20mins front desk did not call ~ just when I try to clearify the situation, Amy (if I remember her name correctly) she the assistant manager at the lobby cafe, she soon understood my situation and spoke to the Duty manager and also told me sport about the delay, the drinks should be on the house ! Just when I thought ok finally the hotel is compensate me a little, my husband bring the kids back down from the play room and he said he was told they are not allowed in as they haven’t got a room number....and the kids need to have their socks on to enter(but front desk took our luggage’s at check in we don’t have it with us at the time) Well that really pixxed me off, we are basically not been taking care off, so I said to the duty manager(DM) I was not happy about the situation, I am not able to use any of the in house facility and discount but the delay was caused by hotel not us the guest, the most unbelievable thing DM said to me was “ no they will let you in even you don’t have a room number, and socks? You can purchase them there too” Hello duty manager, it’s not about if you can buy the socks there or not is about the carelessness you and the front desk show tithe guest, the front desk lady should informed us if we have our socks in our baggage and if we’d like to take it out because the play room is required , and I don’t believe you can enter free hotel facility without a room number, so that means anyone from anywhere can play free in the play house? and plus the fact is my husband and kids just got rejected so that’s why there are down at the lobby again! Anyways, finally that really get me out of my temper and I request to spoke to the front office manager Lawrence, all I want to point out was the lack of customer care! 1. Check in time was 15:00, guest arrived after that, if the room is not ready change a room for the guest! Or seriously you guys are five star hotel, not having a room ready on time I really think you should give guess a free upgrade 2. Okay, if you choose to let your guess wait for over half hour, then at less a free drink voucher should be offered 3. If you really that don’t want to give any things costly to compensation your guest, and thinking to send them to the play room, then please at less inform your guest the requirements to entering the play house, if they need to have their socks taken out from their luggage, and please do internally inform play room that those guest with kids will go to play room but due to check in delay caused by hotel side, let them enter without providing a room number that’s fine! But anyways thanks to Lawrence and Amy the way you two handle the situation is much more like a pro! However, just around five we finally entering our room....the house keeping Are still there to do the last inspection.... that makes me feel the room was ever ready..... till we are there..... anyways Lawrence was very kids to send my husband a birthday cake as I told him if the less they could is to send a cake or something for my husband as this trip was for his birthday, he send a box of chocolates with a card, that really helps to relax the situation in my family as well, as I was raising my voice when I spoke to the duty manager and I can feel my husband and kids were super tense at the time... After all the room smells like it’s a smoking room, but I cannot be bothe to speak to the front desk again~ really had enough!

Yes they do. In each room in the closet there a bag and sheet that you fill out requesting the items type of cleaning and price on the sheet. There is also a 10% charge to pick up and deliver your laundry. Hope this answers your question.

親愛的wilsonc815: 很抱歉未能及時回應,飯店距離桃園機場很快速,以下提供幾個方案給您參考。 1.自飯店搭乘禮車:單程專車接送服務:賓士S350/新台幣2,600元;賓士 Vito 商旅車或 Volks Wagon T5/新台幣2900元,實際金額請以電話詢問為準。 2.搭乘公共交通:飯店距高鐵僅5分鐘車程,可搭成免費接駁車至高鐵後再到桃園高鐵站,選擇機場接駁車或是機場捷運。
