我們在黑鸚鵡套房住了12天，房間非常寬敞、舒適，陳設也很好。我們非常幸運，我們預定了一間套房，還為我們18歲的兒子預訂了一間標準房，酒店非常友好地把他的房間昇級到我們附近。酒店遊泳池和海上帶吊床的浮舟給我們提供了很多怎麼娛樂的選擇，而且不用預定床位就隨時有房間。可以在鳥瞰大海的餐廳用餐。這裏的菜品很好，對於酒店來說價格也很合理。酒店提供的早晚餐的水準很高，選擇也很多。其中一個亮點是每天都可以看到我們房間里的毛巾的各種造型，很有趣。酒店所有的員工都非常的友善，讓人很愉快，讓我們在酒店期間很快樂。我要毫不猶豫的推薦這家酒店，我們也肯定會再次入住的。

We apologize that you had noisy neighbors in the room next door - and found the room a bit dark. We tend to have the room lighting subdued in order to avoid attracting any insects into the room. Please advise if you are staying on a half board basis whether you can eat at both restaurants?

We are staying at the hotel in a couple of weeks time, and not sure whether to take the half board option? Are you able to eat in both restaurants?

Dear Guest Thank you for your inquiry and trust you are looking forward to your stay here with us. The Half Board option is great value for money and is buffet dining in The Hibiscus Restaurant, which offers a large variety of meals, with some live cooking stations as well as different themed evenings. However, should you wish to have the freedom of eating wherever you choose, you can opt for the bed and breakfast option which allows you to choose to eat either in the Mango Terrace Restaurant or in the Hibiscus Restaurant. The Mango Terrace offers an a la carte menu and smaller meals, should you not be wanting to eat a large buffet. There are many guests that do book on Half board, and when they are here, and wish to have a change of venue on a particular evening, this is possible - and we will gladly offer you a voucher to eat in the a la carte Restaurant - however it is advisable that you pre-arrange this with the front desk or the host/hostess/manager on duty - so that we do not cater for you at both venues accordingly. We are flexible and will assist with pleasure... We look forward to welcoming you to the Coco de Mer

Hello, what are options and price to reach hotel from Cat Coco pier and Airport respectively? Does hotel help in arranging transport?

Dear Guest Thank you for your inquiry - and as per previous messages - you can either take a taxi to the hotel - or otherwise there are local transport companies that will be able to offer this service to you. Prices may vary - depending upon the vehicle you are using and the amount of luggage you will be carrying - as well as the number of passengers this service is requested for. If you would like us to book anything for you - if your travel company has not - then please contact us on our email directly and we will certainly assist with this accordingly. Hi, We are looking to book a room at your hotel in February 2020. However since my partner wish to learn kitesurfing while we are there I was wondering if it is possible in this area ? And if so, would you have any contact/classes/private teacher to recommend? Thanks in advance. Camille

Dear Guest Thanks for your inquiry, however, unfortunately kite surfing is not possible in front of the hotel - due to some coral outcrops at low tide. However not too far away from the hotel - there are sand flats where one is able to kite surf. Furthermore unfortunately - due to equipment not being available locally - there are no kite surfing classes/teachers that we know of on the island - that can assist, but we can gladly find out for you if such services exist and the costs thereof.
