Pikera Uri surpassed my expectations. Read a ton of reviews of hotels on the island before my trip and picked Pikera Uri due to comments about the hospitality of the staff. Those were spot on, and I was also pleasantly surprised by the rooms (clean,...更多
Took a half day tour to the caves north of town and ahu akivi with Pantu. We enjoyed the ride and beautiful scenery.
Our only issue was that we do not speak Spanish (or Rapa nui) and Pantu’s English is very limited. So we got...更多

It was just a bad experience with a primitiv service.I think they don't understand a lot about service and we was unlucky to choose this hotel. Not to recommend! We was there during the Tapati Rapa Nui Festival.更多

Estimados Buenas noches,
Alguien arrendo vehiculo? Valor por dia? Y de tour cabalgata? Gracias
We are considering staying here for three nights in April 2015 but do not plan on renting a car. How far is the walk to town and is it possible to get a ride there or be picked up? Is the airport pickup and drop off service from the hotel?

Hi, Yes they do airport pickup and dropoff at no charge - just need to tell them your flight details. It is a 15mins to town , but there are a couple of resturants about 5min from there. But it is an amazing walk past the moais along the ocean .. so on the way for dinner at 5.30ish we use to stop and watch the sunset go down over the moai. It is where most people from town walk out to - so we got to enjoy every day. Take a torch cos its very dark walking back! Very safe though. It is approx $4 for a taxi to town, but a bit of a hassle arranging a taxi FROm there (we had no luck the one time we did it) - so we just walked TO town and a couple of times taxied back - cos they are just crusing the streets. You have lots of time to fill in so a walk is great. We did a couple of private day tours with Green Island tours and they collected us. They have horse riding there - so you could do that from there, and we also hired a car for day for about $50 ... no paper work - just gave us the keys .. so extremely flexible. So, I wouldn't organise a car - and if you changed your mind you can get one on the day. Anymore questions just let me know. Happy to help. WE had the most amazing time there.
