Hi Hotel Relax! I have stayed in your hotel in last year December and was charged a deposit of NT$1000. I was told it will be refunded. 5 months has passed and I still have not received my refund. May I know when can I get the refund?

Hi Ken, we always do pre-authorization as deposit (NOT SALE) , this is just to hold your credit not payment for a while you stayed here. The bank may give the message shows "CHARGE or SALE" to make feel you have been charged but actually its not, I think it should be released back already.
