Absolutely loved cinnamon Hill. I was staying at a local resort and needed to get away and booked a tee time there. Being solo, I was paired with a lovely couple who were celebrating an anniversary. They weren't the best golfers but absolutely great people! My caddie was O'Neill, and he made the round so memorable, such a nice guy. The course was in fine shape and offered amazing history and views. I would schedule a trip to Jamaica just to play this course, and would love to have O'Neill as my caddie.

The staff was wonderful and accomodating. Fore caddies were provided and were terrific reading the greens and finding our golf balls. It was not crowded. The coourse was in fair condition. The tee boxes were almost bare and the greens not very good. But overall the experience was fun.

The people are super friendly, pro shop is very well equipped. We are by no means great golfers so we were a little hesitant about having caddies but they were great! So helpful and friendly.
The views are amazing! It was SOOOOO hot though we were dying! Bring lots of water!

Love Cinnamon Hill. The course is fun with a bit of challenge on many holes. The front will have some really beautiful views along the ocean. The back nine takes you up in the hills with a lot of sloped holes that challenge with difficult lies. The rough…good gosh, stay out of it. Thick! Stay in the fairway at all cost. Greens are true and not too fast at all. The best part of the experience, though, are the people that work there. So genuine. They will take care of you and make your day wonderful . The caddies are the icing on the cake. They will steer through the course with great knowledge. They know the greens very well and will not give you a bad read at all. My caddy, Imara, was with me two days in a row (at my request for the second day). She was superb! She helped so much with club selection and how to stay out of danger, but she also challenged me and brought out the best in my game. On any trip to Jamaica in the Monetego Bay Area, bring your clubs and play as many rounds at Cinnamon Hill and some of the other courses in the area. You wont regret it. I cannot wait to get back as soon as I can

I am currently staying at the Hilton at rose hall with my partner (who doesn’t golf) I had planned to play one round at cinnamon hill whilst I visited. My first round I was picked up from the hotel & greeted by all the lovely staff & greenskeepers that we passed on the way up to the club, they all made me feel very welcome straight away. I hired golf clubs which were in good condition & great value. This was my first time ever having a caddie for a round & the caddie I had was named “Chico” & he was absolutely fantastic, we had a real good laugh & his knowledge about golf & the course is second to none, he is a credit to the golf club! I got partnered up with another guest at the hotel & he was a really nice guy & we also had a good round together, it was a pleasure to meet him. So because I enjoyed myself so much I decided whilst I’m here I was going to play again, this time I was solo just me & my caddie. The caddie I had this time was a lady named “Yasmin”, what a lovely lady & also very knowledgeable & she was also kind enough to show me all of the fruits that grow throughout the grounds & point out any interesting facts/ sights, she is also a credit to the golf club. Upon my second round i purchased a polo shirt with the club crest for $90 & they very kindly waived my club rental fee. Overall this golf club is an amazing golf course & place & the staff should be extremely proud of the high, friendly standards they have set! I hope to one day return & would advise anyone who is thinking of visiting & playing to definitely get it done, you won’t regret it!

Normally don’t leave reviews but after seeing a few negative reviews wanted to make sure I chimed in - First the staff was extremely friendly from the shop staff, bartender, etc. I came in the day before to ask questions and when I called over the phone the next day, the pro shop worker recognized my voice and quickly got my tee time booked. The views are immaculate and the greens are well maintained. They picked me up from my hotel and brought me back after I finished my round. No one forced me to get a caddie but they did mention between certain hours they’re mandatory. All in all great experience, definitely a difficult course but highly recommend for anyone traveling nearby. Oh, and there were plenty of balls at the driving range! O’Neil and Allison were awesome. Sorry I forgot other names. Carts are a little outdated but got the job done. I think the prices were fair for the actual tee time but like most places, the pro shop was pretty expensive. Once again, amazing experience and will hopefully visit again in the future.

This course is stunning
Difficult though
It’s in great shape
The white witch golf course is unplayable at the moment
The greens are mud
The staff are amazing and always helpful
We have played twice this week and highly recommend O’Neil as our caddy.
He is very knowledgeable and knows the course very well
He played a round with us today

I played 2 rounds at this course . The course had some of the best ocean views ever. I thought it was too expensive for the junky carts and the employees are not very friendly. They push you to do a caddy and if you don’t as in my second round the caddy was hateful and almost acted like I wasn’t even there stepping in front of my puts and things. I would play it again for the views but they need to read this review and work on some things.

Just Average
After reading reviews, we believed this would be a great course. It’s not.
Pro shop very small. Had 6 sleeves of balls TOTAL. No cart towels.
Got to the driving range -included in the price -NO BALLS!
At our tee time, there was a 4 some on the box, another 4 some after them, and a 3 some after them. In other words at least 25 minutes late one hole one! Figured out during the round at least 3 regulars slipped in between us.
All the “pretty” holes are in the promo photos. 5 is definitely the signature hole both from the condition of the hole from tee to green and the view while playing.
Majority of the greens were crap.
We were a group of mid to high handicappers who don’t mind paying dor good courses. This was definitely not worth the money!

Caddies are optional. Except for the 7 am to 9:50 am tee times for which a Caddy mandatory.

Hi, thank you for considering Cinnamon Hill Golf Course. Unfortunately at this time, the club rentals we offer do not have graphite shafts. The following are the types of club rentals that we offer for (both left and right-handed):
Nike (Coverts) Clubs USD$40 per set per player
Callaways (Epic) USD$60 per set (with a sleeve of balls) per player.

Going in April. I plan to play 18 at least once but my son likes to play 9 at a time. What did they charge for 9 holes, can't seem to find a 9 hole fee on their web site.

We always played 18 and I don’t remember that there was an option to play 9. I also believe they expect you to pay the caddie the same no matter how many holes you play. Also go to teeoffcom to get better prices.

What is the best way to get a tee time? I called, but got no answer. We are staying at Sandals so they won't schedule it for us since they have their own golf
course, but it is 1.5 hours travel time from our resort and we want to golf at Cinnamon Hill!

You need to visit teeoff times
You can get a much cheaper offer via the website.
You need to still pay for the caddy and the cart additionally.
Round is approx 80 dollars , 20 for caddy plus tip.

I hate to say the fee but if you call the course directly it may be cheaper than going through the hotel or Amstar caddy fees are usually $20 that’s usually built into the cost and if they go above and beyond they say tip a little more the cost will be under $200 even with caddy but again my experience was it fluctuated

Hi, We are going to be visiting Falmouth while on a cruise in April. My husband and I would like to schedule a tee time. Are we required to have a caddy? Also, would grabbing a taxi outside the port (we've done this before) be the best way to get to the course?

Yes, caddy is required. ours was just OK, nice, but not all that interested in caddying beyond carrying-exchanging clubs
