Hi, The tube park will open as soon as the weather is cold enough to make enough snow. Some years this comes sooner than others, so no one can say definitely if it will be open in late June. If you plan this activity towards the end of your stay you will have the best chance of it being open. If it isn't open when you visit, you can still go ice skating, star gazing, and soak in the hot pools. Tekapo is a beautiful spot any time of the year.

I wouldn't think so. Standard prices on the board for everyone. Might be handy for booking a spot in busy periods though instead of price.

Absolutely no need, unless your a larger party in which case some heads-up might be appriciated. It's a large pooling area so space isn't really a problem anyway :)

Water in the kids area is colder than the hot pools but still relatively warm. My kids have never worn a wetsuit even in June in the aqua play area, but it might depend on if they are used to or not. :o)

Check out Tekapo Springs website & Facebook for promotions first. I have also booked my Hot Pool tickets through a site - bookme. I got them half price. Hope this helps.
