This is the second time we visited. All in all a really nice place, clean and not overcrowded. Hardly any queues for the slides. It is a bit of a money pit. You can't bring in food or drink and choice is limited. 500 ml of raspberry lemonade cost 13 lev for example. One improvement that we enjoyed was the foam party. There is also pool gymnastics and a happy hour at the water bar. The reason I have given it 4 stars was the guy at the pool bar - very rude, no greeting or anything. Wated to be served for 20 minutes only to be told it is only 2 of them and I should have gone to the till to be served not sat in a chair. There were 3 customers there including ourselves. When asked what his name was he refused to give it. So not a happy hour really. Prepare to have fun, spend money and watch out for the guy at the pool bar.

Clean and well staffed park with no queues and good facilities. As you would expect slightly expensive compared with other attractions in Bulgaria. Rather draconian staff with a strict food policy (you must buy theirs and even enforce bag searches for contraband food) However smoking is not so much tolerated rather encouraged. Music relentless techno cheese however kids had a great time so all worth while.

Great place for kids and adults as well. My daughter enjoyed every single moment!

Visited the park with my two kids, aged 13 and 15.
With experience from water parks in Orlando, Dubai my kids have high expectations. Of course the top attractions in the small Aquapark Neptun was not in level with these world leading parks, but all of us enjoyed the various rides in nice clean environment for a couple of hours. Not at least no long waiting line to enter the slides.
Strong focus om safety is important for water parks, and with lot of crew looking after the guests I felt very safe at Neptun. Only concern about safety was related to a slide where you after gained good speed in the slide falls out of a circular hole and into a shallow pool. Unfortunately, the pool was only 1,6m deep and with too low diameter. Before or later an accident is doomed to happen here! There is an obvious risk that some guest could fall into the pool headfirst with eventual fatal consequences. strongly recommend a change of this attraction asap!

It was an alright experience.There was only 1 adrenaline pumping slide and that was it. The other slides were pretty boring and not that exciting. The prices for the food were not worth it's high price since it was pretty bland + the bar also serves cheap alcohol with the price of medium expensive .Would not recommend drinking or eating there but for some aqua park slides it's Ok

Прекрасный аквапарк подойдёт для любого возраста. Я там наблюдала с каким удовольствием катаются на горках не только дети и подростки, но и люди зрелого возраста. Все продумано и безопасно. Рекомендую посетить всем. Получите большое удовольствие.

We visited the aqua park after a long drive and it was a thrilling way to cool off and have fun on a hot summer day. The facility is large and well maintained with a variety of slides, play areas, and a large pool. There is also food available on-site. My kids loved the aqua park and we would recommend it.

Very close to Sozopol, but you need a car to get there. There might be a bus service, but I am not aware how this works.
Prices are around 20% lower than in the other parks around.
There is a huge children’s section, much better than in any of the other aqua parks. Slides in the children’s section will get excitement even for grown ups.
The grownups section is comparable to the other aqua parks, accept for one “killer” slide. Some of these slides (the big slides) are accessible for younger children (under 10), accompanied by their parents. Overall it’s great fun for the whole family.
Food is awful and hugely overpriced as in all aqua parks which is the reason for me to rate Neptun with 4 instead of 5. Bringing in your own food and beverages is strictly forbidden as it is in all aqua parks.
Great advantage is that the park is very big and you don’t need to wait for slides.
We are definitely coming back next season.

We spend 6 hours at Neptun on a Monday. It wasn’t busy at all. We came with 4 kids measuring 90 cm to 130 cm, aged 5 to 9 years. They had a blast. The park is divided into 3 main sections: grown up slides (> 130 cms, a slow river float ride around a pool bar, and children’s slides. The downfall of this park is the attitude of the customer service staff. It’s run by lackadaisical twenty-somethings on their smartphones, an 8 year old taking a joy ride on a electric mobility scooter, and a medical “professional” who doesn’t wear gloves while coughing into his hand. There are no trees anywhere, though plenty of umbrellas. The food is ok - pizza, crepes, salads, kebabs, fries - and unsurprisingly not cheap. Hats off to the lifeguards and the ladies at the kids station (drawing, temporary tattoos, costumes) who were attentive and friendly.

Yes, you will pay the tickets with card. For bar it is a electronic bracelet, for deposit to pay.at the end you will recover the rest.
