My answer will be similar to previous responses. This is a park and they have a number of camping sites and a few cabins which all need to be reserved far in advance. Ditto for the shelters. The picnic shelters would easily accommodate 60 people, but they have limited amenities. Some are electrified while others are not. Water would be an issue. There is a fee for use. If you are looking to hold an old fashioned beach side picnic this might be the spot for you as long as you are planning in advance. I should mention there is a fee per person to enter the park even if you rent the shelter so guests would need to know that in advance.
