My dad makes the Ejector Seats for various fighter jets and so we surprised him with a Boeing and F35 simulator experience.
Although the place itself is small and a little dated, we all felt that the simulator experience made up for any short comings. The staff were friendly, especially the two younger gentlemen who helped with the F35 experience. The cockpit experience was very realistic, especially for the Boeing where you really feel you are in the real thing. I enjoyed the F35. Both myself and my dad have recommended it to our friends and family. I believe a longer experience will allow the team to teach you additional things depending on your ability.
I hope my review gives you the feeling to have a go and have some fun!

I was given the F35 Lightning simulator experience as a Christmas gift from my wonderful daughter. Upon arrival my wife and I were greeted by Kenneth and made to feel very comfortable and very welcome. We had a good chat and he told us about himself and the history of Sim2do, very interesting on both counts. The simulator itself was brilliant, like being in control of a real aircraft, so much so that I was quite nervous, but completely engrossed and focused. Being a pilot himself, Kenneth was extremely calm and knowledgeable and expertly guided me through the experience, he made me feel like completing the task set by him was an real achievement such is the complexity of controlling such an aircraft. All in all it was a great experience, which I shall do again one day, and Kenneth was a great host. I would most certainly recommend Sim2do to anyone interested in trying out an aircraft simulator. Cheers Kenneth for a great day, we will be back. All the best to you both from Mr & Mrs Spudman :D:D:D

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Extremely realistic. 3 of us did it, 1 x Lynx helicopter, 1 x Boeing and 1 x Spitfire. Everyone of us loved it.Kenneth has the patience of a saint and a vast amount of knowledge which he is happy to share. If you are thinking of doing it….get it booked, you won’t be sorry.

I flew the simulator last year from LGW - TFS, I landed ok ( sort of if you could ignore my passengers screaming........ ) It really is enormouse fun and Kenneth is a terrific instructor. I enjoyed it so much I wanted another go. This was a birthday present and this time flew from LGW - Gibraltar... I did start to wonder if it was such a good idea when Kennether started telling me it was a difficult approach and there were other issues.... Ive landed there with BA a couple of times so why not have a go.... Had to abandone the first attempt, but on the second yes we got down ok and no one screamed.. Still chuckling over Kenneth's response to " Yes Im a bit low"..
It really is great fun and cannot recomend it hightly enough, please put it on your bucket list

Flew the Spitfire simulator today and it was absolutely brilliant. Kenneth is an excellent instructor and engineer and he has built a simulator to give you a truly authentic experience. If you have ever wondered what it is like to fly a Spitfire I highly recommend you book a session at Sim2do and find out.

This chance to pilot a jumbo jet was on my bucket list. My husband bought me it through Red Letter Days. My very patient co pilot Kenneth made the whole experience fun, stimulating and educational. I flew over New York City from JFK to La Guardia and even though I am a complete novice, I managed to land without crashing. It was fantastic. The career I wish I had.

Had a session on the B737 simulator, booked as a birthday present from the family. Really enjoyed - friendly welcome, and an individual sim session geared to your experience (or lack of it), so you get the most from it. Really appreciated instructor Kenneth's sense of humour!

Had a fantastic morning with Kenneth flying a Battle Of Britain Spitfire ! Kenneth is a great instructor, the facility is excellent and the cockpit experience totally authentic.
It's as close to the real thing as you can get, and an exhilarating experience - you feel you really are flying over the White Cliffs of Dover, and dogfighting above London. Thanks for a super time, and I will definitely be back soon.

As an aviation enthusiast, I found this experience to be excellent. From the initial welcome and briefing, to the quality of the actual simulators, it was professionally delivered and very enjoyable. My instructor, Kenneth, was calm, very good at showing me the ropes and took time to understand what I wanted to do. He also provided tips and feedback throughout my hour long flight where we departed Stansted, landed (well nearly) at Luton, then down to Heathrow and finally, a landing at London City. The flight deck was exactly like a real 737-800 and we even planned a route in the simulators computer. I was given the stick from the beginning, having flown a little before, and Kenneth guided me to ensure I got the best from the aircraft and of course, didn’t crash! You even wear a headset so you really feel the part.
Highly recommend this experience and worth mentioning that they have a spitfire, helicopter and F35 simulator there as well as the 737-800 I flew. The only problem….the hour was over all too soon!

Always fancied going on a flight simulator, this was a christmas present. There is a choice of aircraft including a Spitfire and Helicopter but for me it was alwsys a 737 and its so real.....It was so good and I really enjoyed it
, Kenneth was so patient . I had a Cesna flight to start with flying from Duxford ( crashed, sorry Sawston ) and then a 737 from Gatwick to Tenerife. It really was WOW...I really felt I was in the Left hand seat and it was a real aircraft
Kemneth was in the right hand seat and I was really glad he was there...........
(sorry I got Left and Right hands mixed up ) I manage to land ( sort of ) at Tenerife but it would have been a pretty awful landing . But as they say, a good landing is one yoi walk away from.
Thanks Kenneth it was a lovely experience and great fun and you made us so welcone. Whatever pilots are paid its not enough......... I was really surprised how many instruments have to be continually monitored.

I've paid for the boeing 737 - 90 minutes. I read somewhere that you can take a guest on with you, as wanted my 13 year old son to go on with his Dad?

Hi, I took my teenage son with me, he thoroughly enjoyed watching his Dad attempt to fly a jet !!
